When will my funds be available, for both deposits and withdrawals?

 

BANKING

Crediting: All ACH transfers are credited the same day, if made before 3:45 p.m.EST.

An ACH withdrawal from your Evergreen Wealth account to your bank is credited the same day to your bank, if made before 3:45 p.m.

Funds availability: Transfers or pulls from your external bank account to your Evergreen Wealth account are credited the same day, if made before 3:45 p.m. The funds have a 2-business day hold before being available.

Deposits after 3:45 PM Eastern Time will be treated as if it was the next Business Day. Saturday, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.

 

For Personal Portfolio:  

 

  • Timing
    • If you initiate the withdraw when the market is open (Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm ET) then the funds will be available in your Checking account the next day
    • If you initiate the withdraw when the market is closed (only open Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm ET) then the funds will be available in your Checking account in 1-2 business days.
      • Message received on the UI: “Transfer Received. The market is currently closed and we will execute this order when the market opens. Then, funds will be available in your Evergreen Checking Account 1-2 days after execution.”
  • You can only initiate 1 withdrawal per day
  • You cannot select the securities that are sold out of, we will make that determination for you in the most tax optimized way
  • There is no minimum withdrawal amount
  • There is no minimum holding period
  • You can only withdraw funds to the High Yield Checking account
  • The amount that is requested may be slightly different than the amount that actually withdrawn due to potential market movements during the time of withdraw.
  • If you withdraw funds within 5% of the total value of the portfolio, the entire value of the portfolio will be liquidated. Your account will not be closed, you will be left with a $0 balance. Due to market fluctuation at time of withdrawal and our withdrawal process, the account must be liquidated fully if 5% or less is remaining.
