Misplaced your debit card? It’s easy to instantly stop purchases temporarily.
- Sign in to app.evergreenwealth.com
- Access your High Yield Checking account
- Select Debit Card
- Select the Lock Card toggle switch to change the status of your card
- The switch will turn green to show your card is temporarily suspended
Once you have located your card, use the same steps as noted above to unlock it and the Lock Card toggle switch should turn back to gray.
If you are unable to locate your card, keep it locked and select Report Lost, Stolen, or Damaged for further instructions on how to order a replacement card.
