How do I update my address, phone number, or email address on my account?

To update your permanent residential address follow these instructions:

  • Sign in to app.evergreenwealth.com
  • Select the ‘Settings’ tab
  • Click on the ‘Profile’ section
  • Click on the arrow button located in the ‘Address’’ field
  • Enter updated permanent residential address and press ‘Continue’

Note: You must provide your permanent residential address. Evergreen Wealth does not accept P.O. boxes or commercial addresses.

To update your email follow these instructions:

  • Sign in to app.evergreenwealth.com
  • Select the ‘Settings’ tab
  • Click on the ‘Profile’ section
  • Click on the arrow button located in the ‘Email’ field
  • Enter updated email

You will be prompted to complete the email verification process by receiving a pin number to your new email address.

Once you have completed the email verification process, you will see a prompt letting you know that your email has been verified and your profile has been updated

To update your mobile phone number follow these instructions:

  • Sign in to app.evergreenwealth.com
  • Select the ‘Settings’ tab
  • Click on the ‘Profile’ section
  • Click on the arrow button located in the ‘Mobile Number’ field
  • Enter updated mobile phone number

You will be prompted to complete the phone verification process by receiving a pin number to your new mobile number

Once you have completed the verification process, you will see a prompt letting you know that your phone number has been verified and your profile has been updated

 

Note: Profile updates can only be completed after 30 days of your Evergreen Wealth account being opened.
